Tuesday's Turkish Delight 🇹🇷

Two #CheekyPunts at 50/1 & 85/1

I could bore you all to death and moan about Hartlepool not getting a third yellow card, Jeremy Antonisse failing to hit the target with any of his 3 shots & Joe Rothwell getting subbed at half-time with 41 passes or I could just do as the graphic below says and…

Leeds vs Leicester, English Premier League, Tuesday 25th April, 20:00, BT Sport 1.

Bets:
Çaglar Söyüncü 1+ Shot @ 2.38 (11/8) & Çaglar Söyüncü 2+ Shots @ 9.50 (17/2) - SkyBet

It seemed Çaglar Söyüncü’s Leicester career was over under Brendan Rodgers but since Dean Smith arrived at the Foxes, the Turkish international has started both games having 3 shots in the process. All 3 of his shots under Smith’s tenure so far have come from set-piece situations despite Leicester only having 3 corners over the 2 games (2 vs Man City & 1 vs Wolves). I’ll be hoping Leicester manage more corners tonight for the Turk to get his ponytail on the end of a few deliveries into the box but the 2.38 (11/8)* on offer with SkyBet for Çaglar Söyüncü to have a shot is very appealing. It may be worth keeping an eye out for Bet365 to add him to their player shots market closer to kick-off, I could see them pricing up at around the 2.25/2.50 mark for him to have a shot. As usual, I’ll be having a smaller bet on a higher shot line with Soyuncu priced at 9.50 (17/2) to have 2 or more shots through SkyBet’s Build A Bet option. Again, if 365 prices him up for a couple of shots, it’ll hopefully be around the 10.00 (9/1) mark.
*If you have access to Coral/Ladbrokes, they’ve priced Soyuncu at 2.70 (17/10) to have a shot.

Add Soyuncu 1 & 2 shots to BetBuilder for a better price than betting 2 shots alone.

Blackburn vs Burnley, English Championship, Tuesday 25th April, 20:00, Sky Sports Main Event.

Bet: Adam Wharton To Commit 2 Or More Fouls @ 2.40 (7/5) - Betfair/Paddy Power

Adam Wharton should get his third consecutive start in midfield tonight with the news coming out of Ewood Park that Tyler Morton will miss the remainder of the season with a fractured metatarsal. Wharton is an inexperienced 18-year-old who isn’t afraid to get stuck in. In his last two starts vs play-off chasing Coventry and rivals Preston, he’s committed 2 fouls in both games. He’s priced at 2.40 (7/5) with Betfair/Paddy Power to make it 3 games in a row making at least 2 fouls. Burnley could win the title tonight at Ewood Park whilst simultaneously denting Blackburn’s hopes of finishing in the Top 6. Given the importance of the fixture and the fact that Wharton is a boyhood Blackburn Rovers fan, this fixture vs Burnley will mean a lot more to him than most, I think he’ll be overly eager to impress and I’m hoping he’ll be a tad late into a challenge or two. The 5.00 (4/1) for him to be booked with SkyBet is also tempting and I’ll probably have a dabble on that when line-ups are confirmed later this evening.
Adam Wharton, Hayden Carter, Joe Rankin-Costello & Josh Cullen all to commit 2 or more fouls each is a #CheekyPunt at 86.55 (85.55/1) with Betfair/Paddy Power.
