Cheltenham Punters Competition 🐎

Whether you’re physically at the greatest show on turf itself or strategically timing your toilet breaks at work to watch a race, it’s a week where everyone can get involved. From your mother asking what the numbers mean in a form book to your grandad ringing off a house phone in 2023 asking you to place his 50p Yankee, we’ve seen it all. (Well, I have anyway…)

Anyway, let’s get everyone involved then. £10 a man, winner receives 90% of the total pot and the newsletter will keep 10% for general costs like that Pablo Picasso logo you see at the top of every email and future improvements.

How does it work?

• Send your £10 entry fee across to us via bank transfer.

• Pick one selection for every race at the Cheltenham Festival

• Submit your selections before midday of each race day via Google Sheets. The link to this will be provided in a WhatsApp group which you will be added to upon payment.

• If your selection wins, you will receive points based on the horses starting price on Betfair (BSP). For example, if you pick a 10/1 winner - you will receive 10 points and so on. It’s a win only selection, so no points are awarded if your horse finishes in the places.

• If your horse is a non-runner you will be awarded the start price favourite.

• The punter with the most points at the end of the week, wins the prize pot.
